H-beam is a new type of steel for economic construction. Method for Representation of Hot - Rolled H - Section Steel. H-beam is divided into wide flange H-beam (HK), narrow flange H-shaped steel (HZ) and H-shaped steel pile (HU) three categories.
The height of H × width B × web thickness t1 × wing thickness t2, such as the H-beam Q235B, SS400 200 × 200 × 8 × 12. Wide flange H-beam grades include Q235BQ, 345B or SS400.
