Stainless steel bars offer exceptional resistance to general corrosion, similar to unstable nickel-chromium alloy 304. These products are primarily utilized in high-temperature applications to prevent intergranular corrosion at lower temperatures. The stainless steel surface remains clean and tidy, ensuring heat transfer efficiency superior to many other metals with higher thermal conductivity.
Contains molybdenum and low carbon content. It offers superior resistance to pitting corrosion in marine and chemical industrial environments compared to 304.
Excellent corrosion resistance, heat resistance, and low-temperature strength. 304L provides enhanced resistance to intergranular corrosion after welding.
Consists of chromium, molybdenum, and nickel nitrogen alloy. High strength and excellent resistance to stress corrosion cracking, ideal for oil, gas, and desalination industries.
