In the world of galvanized coils, sheet steel is immersed in a molten zinc bath, emerging with a protective coating. Through the continuous galvanizing process, rolled steel is seamlessly dipped into liquid zinc, resulting in a galvanized steel plate of exceptional quality. For alloyed galvanized steel, the material is heated to approximately 500 ºC after exiting the tank, forming an alloy coating of zinc and iron. This process ensures superb paint adhesion and exceptional weldability.
Production Capabilities: Our line delivers an annual output of 200,000 tons, specializing in zinc spangle, small-zinc spangle, and common zinc spangle varieties.
Specifications: Thickness ranges from 0.125 mm to 4.5 mm, with widths from 500 mm to 1250 mm. Zinc coating options range from 40 to 275 g/m². We also offer precision slitting services to meet unique width requirements.
